Shipping and Returns

All shipments are dispatched within 1-2 business days from receipt of order. Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days for all of Italy.

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your package is handed over to the courier.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014 (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at closy.smart.co@gmail.com stating your order number. We will provide you with all necessary instructions.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product in original condition.
